In order to receive a refund, products must be returned within 14 days of delivery (delivery date is deemed as no later than 5 days after dispatch) and items must be returned unused and unopened. Under no circumstances will we refund or exchange opened or used products.

If you would like to return your order, you MUST contact us in writing at sales@ceilingboardhanger.com prior to returning any items to receive full return instructions, refund reference number and correct return delivery address. Please remember, postage costs are not refundable. Failure to follow these instructions will result in no refund being given. We reserve the right to charge a returns administration and restocking fee of £2.00.
